Various specialized trainning combined with my own market knowldge provides buyer insight on choosing the right home.

Why is this crucial you may ask? Simple, we want the future owners to have a backstory to share whenever they have a visitor in their home. You see, we rate each home we have in our roster. It is usually based on the following:

  • Privacy
  • Iconography
  • Proximity
  • Exclusivity
  • Texture
  • Explosiveness

If a certain house passes our standards, we add them on our list and categorize them depending on the kind of clients we have. We always want to offer a comfortable environment and a peaceful space that their friends and family can also come to enjoy.

Pictures are worth a thousand words, aside from making it a visual eye candy for everyone, we also make sure that the living spaces we showcase look outstanding because we want our potential buyers to appreciate the houses at its full splendor.

Luxury real estate spaces no longer have to be big; this is what changed through the years. Luxury living spaces are now usually determined on how well-detailed they are designed.  It is true that it covers less ground but that does not mean that one cannot get the best out of it. Though smaller, designing it vertically is the answer to utilize the space. More people now chose this because of building codes and smaller lot sizes available in their area of their choice.

De-mansionization is the term used in this kind of living in the luxury market.  They’re commonly high-end and have more spacious floors than big yards. Designers and contractors often choose a more open-concept of living when it comes to dining and family rooms.

Luxury real estate depends on the kind of climate of where you wish to build your house and the kind of lifestyle people live in these places. Not everything that works in Miami will also work in New York or #Vancouver.  But the real testament of a luxury home these days is the smart technology behind it.  More homeowners want the ability to control almost any appliance, lighting and even doors and windows in their home with using an app on their smartphone.

Isn’t it just amazing? If you want to find and live in the house of your dreams sooner rather than later, simply give us a call so we can start today.
